It gave me some interesting tools to understand my relationship with digital technologies. It really made me take a look at how tech is in all aspects of modern life It taught me to switch off from technology and enjoy life! a good positive meeting that made me feel refreshed.
Was really engaging and had us work together as teams to think about how to use technology better and gave me ideas of how to switch off from unnecessary digital devices.
Use the technology don't let it use you. It is a tool and nothing more. Addiction comes in many forms and technology, especially the phone, is a hidden addiction that was made more pronounced after the workshop. Thank you!
I have worked for VivoBarefoot for many years, and I have recently trained as a Mental Health First Aider. In these extraordinary times, we are constantly looking for ways to help to put practices in place to improve the mental health of our employees. We had our first Dr. Digital Health workshop before Christmas, and the feedback was so good, we offered another workshop in the new year for people who were unable to attend the first one. I’m hoping, once the current crazy times are a distant memory, that we can work with Rachael again in the future, hopefully this time in person!
